Here's Cirrus Aurora (the small one), born April 26th in a ridiculous sleet storm. She was early just like me! We guess she'd be tipping the scales at near 400 lbs. these days. Still just as cute as the day she was born (what else would you expect?!?).
Snow has come to the northwoods & with it, the light wanes every day a bit sooner. No deer in the hunter's round-up, but there are a few days of the illustrious deer season yet to play out. The rest of the Daulton menagerie will, no doubt, follow when I have figured out how to format these postings. There will likely be suedo-daughter and grandson pics at some point in the future, as Elizabeth is a mom & her son is now almost 2 months old!
The "farm" is more of a 40, but who's counting acres? There are (were) many apples, and it's at the crest of a scenic hill. Hope all is well with any family who may wander on to this site, as I'm sure few family members are internet savvy and fewer know I have been experimenting.

Welcome to the world of blogging -I guess you can't let yourself be shown up by your "old" Aunt Kathy, who has also succumbed recently to the lure of the blog. We won't go into just how many I have :) Great "baby" pics, by the way...
Oh, wow...another new blogger. I just started my blog last week and am a bit lost yet on how to do everything with it. I ask a LOT of questions of other bloggers, though, and that has helped. Good luck with your blog. Your horses are BEAUTIFUL. I found you through Kathy's blog...and she is quite new at this, too. Is she a relative of yours? (I'm assuming that from what Kate just posted.)

Your not so little horse is really sweet. I understand she is causing some problems to her mama. Wants to go back to nursing. And you are putting up a fence in frozen ground. Surely that is kind of hard!
